Lately I have been in the mood to throw dinner parties; I don't know if its my new stainless steel cookware set that has me wanting to cook up a storm, or our new dinning table that has me wanting to cook 3 course dinners.
But this past weekend one of my girlfriends came over for dinner and I made my Shrimp Linguine Alfredo pasta; oh and fyi, my camera was packed up at the time, but I managed to use my cell phone to capture a photo of it (the recipe will be posted this week)... Anyway, using the leftover French bread from that night, and some other key ingredients that I already had in my pantry and refrigerator, I was able to create something savory and kind of lite.
Since this recipe is so simple and quick to make, it would be a great addition to a dinner party as an appetizer, or as finger food at a gathering.
So, give this recipe a try, and let me know how you like it! Enjoy!
