What does Turmeric taste like?
Turmeric has a pungent and bitter flavor, and can be found as a main ingredient in a lot of mustard's and curry.
How I use Turmeric:
- I love making turmeric rice.
- Turmeric is also a key seasoning in my fish stews.
- I like to sprinkle a little turmeric on some red potatoes with butter and garlic salt.
- And give turmeric milk tea a try! You might be pleasantly surprised.
So this week I encourage you to give turmeric a try! Add a little to your meals, or even try making a tea out of it! Your body will thank you later!
